A lifetime exercise enthusiast certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she’s worked in the fitness industry for 20+ years at various facilities including: International Health and Fitness, Bally Total Fitness and Midtown Athletic Club. Over several years MaxFitness has evolved. Learning that exercise alone will not make you healthy, the nutritional aspect of health and total wellness has been integrated designed to give individuals the whole package. Using Superfoods to give people the nutrients they need to feed their bodies has become a passion and a purpose.
